I havent been down to 145 for the past 10 years! Wow, who knew doing Body4Change's fitness bootcamp and following their nutritional plans would be easier then any other det I have ever tried!!! My Body4Change 4 week Transformation...Pre-weight was 153 lbs, bodyfat% was 26.7%....After weight was 145 lbs, bodyfat % was 20.9%... I lost 7 3/4" total in 4 weeks doing 4 week fitness Boot Camp by Body4Change---Thanks Murphy and Lott!!...you guys are the best trainers EVER!!! Body4Change is FREAKING AWESOME and anyone at any fitness level, weight, gender, or abilty can come do this!!! This was only 4 weeks and I will post more pics in 4 more weeks when I do it again.

My life was changing; I had graduated from college and had just gotten a new job, but there was still something missing in my life. I was happy with the events that were happening in my life but then again I wasn't truly happy with the way that I felt about myself. I felt sluggish and was tired all the time, quite frankly I never thought that I would become romantically involved with someone because of the way I looked. I thought I could go and work out on my own and try and eat healthy and see the weight come off, but it wasn't working. Thats' when I was introduced to Body4Change and my life turned around. I began with Personal Training and I loved the changes that I was having with my body. Body4Change also offers a fitness boot camp. I decided to try it and felt like it was a better match for me. I absolutely love the variety in the workouts, they are so much fun and even when you start out only being able to do about 2 good pushups they will help you to condition yourself to be able to do more than you ever thought possible. More happy events occured in my life as I met the man that I would give my heart to in the coming months. I am so glad that Body4Change helped me reach far beyond my goals of losing 50 lbs, as to date I have lost 54 lbs and hope to lose another 25lbs to finish my weight loss.
