I have been in the body4change program for three months now. In that time I have lost five inches off my waist and have gained a lot of muscle and endurance. I used the program to train for my first triathlon and I ended up being in 6th place, only six minutes behind the 1st place winner. I could not have done it without this program. It has given me a whole new outlook on exercising. I love to exercise! The body4change program is wonderful and it's for anybody who has the desire to better themselves. I highly recommend this program to anybody!!!

The basketball coach at the local high school challenged me to run a basketball court ladder (a series of back and forth sprints) in less than 35 seconds. He said I had 4-weeks to prepare for it, and If I did it in front of the team and beat the time, the they would not have to do conditioning that day. I accepted the challenge, and enrolled in Body4Change. I am 53-years old, and was in ‘okay’ shape. My time for the ladder during the first week was 37-seconds – breathing hard and aching. After 4-weeks of boot camp training and conditioning, I stepped onto the basketball court, and if front of a team anxious to see if I could do it, pulled off a 31-second ladder. My 31-seconds of fame. The coach told the boys I had been doing a boot camp style workout and was in incredible shape. He challenged them to stay in that good of shape.
I have never felt so fit, tight, and strong – and in just 4-weeks. During the workouts we laugh, we groan, we push each other along. All sizes, shapes, level of fitness and ages are welcome. The workout is like a military boot camp workout, and I enjoy “acting” the part. I joined this particular boot camp because Instructor Mike Murphy was training my wife and her fellow employees in the fitness center where she works. She always had good stories to tell me each day, how tough, yet how good the workouts felt. I watched her fitness and strength improve over the weeks. The instructors are creative. You do not need a lot of equipment to get in shape. I could do this for the rest of my life, it feels so good.
